Can I try Penny before paying?
Yes. Penny is a paid app with a free trial for new customers. The website's calculators and educational tools remain free and do not require an account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device’s Apple App Store settings. Penny does not process payments directly.
Is my financial data safe?
Absolutely. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced via Firebase with authenticated access controls. We never sell your data to third parties.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile › scroll down › tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also submit a request using the form above.
Does Penny provide financial advice?
No. Penny is an educational and tracking tool. AI-generated insights are informational only and should not be treated as financial advice. Always consult a qualified advisor.
